Part of Strategy & Transformation

Change & adoption

Practical change management that helps people understand, accept and use new ways of working.

A new system or structure only creates value when people actually use it. Change works best when it is planned with the same discipline as the technical work, not added at the end.

When to call us. Signs it’s time for this work.

  • A new system went live, but teams still work around it.
  • Staff hear about major changes through rumour first.
  • Middle managers are unconvinced and quietly resisting.
  • Past transformations left fatigue and scepticism behind.

What’s included. Scoped to your context, delivered end to end.

  1. 01

    Change impact assessment

A clear view of who is affected, how much, and what each group needs to move forward.

  2. 02

    Sponsor and manager engagement

Plans that equip sponsors and managers to lead change visibly with their own teams.

  3. 03

    Communication and training

Messages, channels and learning paths adapted to each audience, language and level of digital comfort.

  4. 04

    Adoption measurement

Indicators and feedback loops that show whether new ways of working are genuinely taking hold.

How we work. Four phases, with value at every step.

  1. 1

    2–3 weeks

    Understand

We assess change impact, readiness and culture, and identify the groups who need most support.

  2. 2

    2–3 weeks

    Plan

We build the change strategy, stakeholder map, communication plan and training approach.

  3. 3

    Throughout delivery

    Engage

We support sponsors, run change-champion networks and deliver communication and training as the change rolls out.

  4. 4

    1–3 months

    Sustain

We monitor adoption, address resistance and reinforce new behaviours until they become routine.

What you walk away with

  • Change impact assessment
  • Stakeholder map and engagement plan
  • Communication plan and materials
  • Training curriculum

What changes

  • People using new tools and processes as intended.
  • Managers able to lead change in their teams.
  • Less disruption to daily operations during transition.

Common questions.

Can you support change on a project led by another firm?

Yes. We often work alongside technology integrators or other advisers, taking care of the people side while they focus on systems and delivery.

How do you adapt to local culture?

We design with your teams, not for them. Language, hierarchy, informal networks and regional differences shape how we communicate and who carries the messages.

When should change management start?

As early as possible, ideally when the project is being scoped. Bringing people in late is the most common reason good projects disappoint.
