Part of Cybersecurity & Risk
Identity & zero trust
Control who can reach what, from where, with access that tightens security without slowing people down.

With staff, partners and systems connecting from everywhere, the network edge no longer protects much. Identity has become the real perimeter, and most breaches still begin with a stolen password or an account nobody remembered to close.
When to call us. Signs it’s time for this work.
- Former employees or contractors still have working accounts.
- Administrators share privileged passwords across teams.
- Remote access relies on a VPN and a single password.
- Access reviews take weeks and nobody trusts the result.
What’s included. Scoped to your context, delivered end to end.
- 01
Identity and access assessment
A review of how accounts are created, used and removed across your directory, applications and cloud services.
- 02
Zero trust architecture
A target design that verifies users, devices and context on every request, phased to fit your existing estate.
- 03
Privileged access management
Controls for administrator and service accounts, including vaulting, session oversight and just-in-time elevation.
- 04
Joiner, mover, leaver processes
Clear, automated lifecycle rules linking HR events to access changes, so permissions follow people accurately.
How we work. Four phases, with value at every step.
- 1
2–3 weeks
Discover
We inventory identities, privileges and access paths, including the service accounts and shared logins usually missed.
- 2
3–4 weeks
Architect
We design the target model and select the right mix of existing and new tools, avoiding needless replacement.
- 3
4–6 weeks
Pilot
We roll out strong authentication and access policies with one business unit, then refine based on real feedback.
- 4
3–9 months
Scale
We extend controls across the organisation in waves, supporting your teams through migration and adoption.

Common questions.
Is zero trust a product we can buy?
No. It is a design approach. Several products help, and you may already own some of them, but the value comes from consistent policy and good identity hygiene.
Will multi-factor authentication frustrate our staff?
Not if it is designed well. We use risk-based prompts, sensible device trust and clear communication, so people authenticate strongly without constant interruptions.
Are you tied to a particular vendor?
No. We are independent. We assess what you already have and recommend tools on merit, cost and local support availability.
