Part of Operations & Performance

Intelligent automation

We automate repetitive, rules-based work with workflow, RPA and AI, so people can focus on judgement and service.

Automation pays off when applied to a well-understood process, not when used to hide a broken one. We choose use cases carefully, fix the process first and build automations that can be maintained.

When to call us. Signs it’s time for this work.

  • Staff re-key data between systems that do not talk to each other.
  • Volumes are growing faster than you can recruit and train people.
  • Pilot bots were built, but few reached stable production.
  • Documents and emails are still processed entirely by hand.

What’s included. Scoped to your context, delivered end to end.

  1. 01

    Opportunity assessment

We screen processes for automation potential and build a prioritised, costed pipeline of use cases.

  2. 02

    Workflow and RPA delivery

Design, build and testing of automations on the platforms that fit your landscape and budget.

  3. 03

    AI document processing

Extraction and classification of invoices, forms and correspondence, with human review where accuracy matters.

  4. 04

    Automation operating model

Governance, support, security and skills, so automations stay reliable and your teams can build more.

How we work. Four phases, with value at every step.

  1. 1

    2–3 weeks

    Screen

Assess candidate processes for volume, stability and value, and select a first wave.

  2. 2

    4–6 weeks

    Prove

Build one or two automations end to end and measure their results in production.

  3. 3

    8–12 weeks

    Scale

Deliver the pipeline in waves, reusing components and standards across use cases.

  4. 4

    4–6 weeks

    Transfer

Train internal developers and support teams, then hand over the operating model.

What you walk away with

  • Automation opportunity pipeline
  • Process design documents
  • Production-ready automations
  • Automation governance framework
  • Support and maintenance runbook

What changes

  • Less manual effort on repetitive tasks
  • Faster processing with fewer data errors
  • An automation capability your teams can own

Common questions.

Which platforms do you work with?

We are independent of software vendors. We recommend tools based on your systems, volumes, skills and budget, and are happy to use the platforms you already have.

Will automation replace our staff?

Its purpose is to remove repetitive work, not people. Freed capacity is usually redeployed to customer service, controls and work that requires judgement.

Where does AI fit in?

AI is useful for reading documents, classifying requests and supporting decisions. We use it where it adds clear value and keep people in control of sensitive outcomes.
